Here at TMT we specialize in therapeutic/medical massage that goes beyond a relaxation massage. We strive  to help

our clients control acute and chronic pain ranging from new to old injuries, syndromes, conditions and muscular dysfunction. We have experience in treating sciatica, shin splints, tennis and golfers elbow, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpel tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, pregnancy, muscle strains and joint sprains, herniated discs, neck, back and shoulder pain, shoulder tears and more.

The first massage is where the therapist and client design a plan to meet the individuals specific goals and outcomes from massage. The general goal is to take pain levels down to a 0-1 level within  4-6 weeks. The client then goes on a monthly maintenance program to maintain pain levels for up to 4 weeks between massage treatments.

Even if you just want more flexibility in  your joints, more stamina during exercise, or to have less anxiety and stress, each massage is specifically tailored to meet your needs.

We also specialize in fertility, pregnancy and postpartum massage from conception to birth making the whole experience that much more enjoyable.
